Siritarar is a six-bedroom beachfront villa at Lipa Noi on the west
coast of Koh Samui, rented as a whole house for up to twelve adults and
two children.

Siritarar is not a hotel. The whole house is taken by one party at a
time, never let by individual room. Six bedrooms sleep twelve adults and
two children, and the house can also be taken as three, four or five
bedrooms. The 14-metre pool, the garden and the beachfront are for that
one party alone.

Four of the six bedrooms look out to the sea — three from inside the room, one from its terrace. The other two open onto the garden. Each of the six is named after a tree growing on the land and is designed around it, and all six sit on the same west-facing beachfront at Lipa Noi.

Yes. Bedroom 4 (Sathon) at Siritarar has a fully step-free route from the car park, through the bedroom and bathroom, and out to the beachfront — a 90 cm doorway, a double-swing bathroom door, grab rails and a shower seat. There is turning space within the bathroom, though not inside the shower area itself. The living and dining pavilion sits 1.2 metres higher and is reached by steps.

Yes. Breakfast is included at Siritarar and is prepared in the house each morning for the one party renting the whole villa at Lipa Noi, Koh Samui.

No. Siritarar is a private villa, not a hotel, and has no public
restaurant. The kitchen and dining pavilion are for the one party renting
the whole house at Lipa Noi, Koh Samui.

Yes. A chef cooks in the house each day, and meals are decided as the party wishes — an unhurried lunch by the pool, or dinner set out on the sand for a celebration. Guests pay for ingredients at cost plus a twenty percent handling charge. Dining here is private to the house rather than a restaurant, and guests are always welcome to spend an evening at the island's own tables.

By a separate path from the road, straight to the beachfront, without passing through the house.

Yes. The event path runs over sand wash and grass, so guests using a wheelchair come in through the house instead, on the paved route.

Yes. Three, all outside the house — two for women, one for men, and an accessible washroom.

Yes. A lava stone terrace at the centre of the ground, level and solid, facing the sea. It seats twenty at a single table, and serves as the dance floor later in the evening.

Open sand with coconut palms and a lava stone terrace at the centre. Smaller tables sit on either. For larger events, companies bring their own flooring.

Yes. A preparation kitchen with a two-burner gas hob, a three-bowl sink and a preparation table — set up for finishing, reheating and light cooking. Use of the kitchen is included in the event fee. Caterers working at full numbers normally bring their own equipment for the main cooking.

entrance for events, so ceremony, celebration and dinner can all be held
in one place. The villa is at Lipa Noi, Koh Samui, on the beachfront.

Yes. Smaller gatherings, anniversaries and family celebrations are held here too.

Not yet. LAHD stands beneath the kan-krao tree at Siritarar, Lipa Noi, and is still being prepared. When it opens, visitors will be welcome whether or not they are staying at the house.

Check-in at Siritarar is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Because the whole house is held for one party, earlier arrival or later departure can often be arranged.

Siritarar has a private 14-metre pool set in the garden, for the sole
use of the one party renting the whole villa at Lipa Noi, Koh Samui. It is
never shared with other guests, staff or outside bookings.

Siritarar has a private 14-metre pool, gym, study room, and direct access to Lipa Noi Beach at the end of the garden.

Yes. Siritarar sleeps twelve adults and two children across six bedrooms, taken as one whole house — so a family or a group travels together with no other guests at all. Yes. Cars are parked within the grounds at Siritarar, Lipa Noi, Koh Samui, at no charge. The car park connects to Bedroom 4 (Sathon) by a step-free route.

Koh Samui is driest from February to April, and June to September is usually clear as well. The heaviest rain comes between October and December, November most of all. Siritarar is open through the year, and the house faces west across the Gulf of Thailand at Lipa Noi — the reason it was built the way it is.
