What is Siritarar?
Siritarar is a six-room beachfront villa and residence on Lipa Noi Beach, Koh Samui. It was created for travelers seeking privacy, thoughtful design, and a deeper connection with the island's culture and nature.
What makes Siritarar different from a hotel?
With only six rooms, Siritarar offers a quieter, more personal experience. Rather than offering endless facilities, we focus on meaningful hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and carefully curated local experiences.
Where is Siritarar located?
Siritarar is located directly on Lipa Noi Beach, one of Koh Samui's most peaceful west-coast beaches, known for calm waters and spectacular sunsets.
Why does Siritarar feel different?
Because Siritarar was never designed as just another luxury villa. It was created to preserve the spirit of Koh Samui—its mature trees, local craftsmanship, quiet pace of life, and genuine hospitality—so that every stay feels connected to the island rather than separated from it.

How many rooms does Siritarar have?
Siritarar has six individually designed rooms, each inspired by the landscape and native trees found throughout the property.
Do all rooms have sea views?
Some rooms enjoy direct sea views, while others overlook lush tropical gardens. Each room has its own unique character.
Is Siritarar suitable for families?
Yes. Families, couples, and small groups looking for a peaceful atmosphere are all welcome.
Is there an accessible room?
Yes. One ground-floor room has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind.

Yes. Our beachfront restaurant serves carefully prepared dishes inspired by local ingredients and seasonal produce.

Can you arrange local experiences?
Yes. We curate authentic Koh Samui experiences, including local markets, cultural visits, island adventures, wellness activities, and artisan workshops.
Do you organise airport transfers?
Yes. Airport transfers can be arranged before your arrival.

Celebration
How do event guests arrive?
By a separate path in from the road, straight to the beachfront, without passing through the house.
Is the site suitable for a guest using a wheelchair?
The event path runs over sand wash and grass, so guests using a wheelchair come in through the house instead, on the paved route.
Are there washrooms for events?
Three, all outside the house — two for women, one for men, and an accessible washroom.
Is there a ceremony space?
A lava stone terrace at the centre of the ground, level and solid, facing the sea. It seats twenty at a single table, and serves as the dance floor later in the evening.
What is the ground like?
Open sand with coconut palms and a lava stone terrace at the centre. Smaller tables sit on either. For larger events, companies bring their own flooring.
Is there a kitchen for caterers?
A preparation kitchen with a two-burner gas hob, a three-bowl sink and a preparation table — set up for finishing, reheating and light cooking. Caterers working at full numbers normally bring their own equipment for the main cooking.
Can vehicles reach the site?
Yes. A service route runs in from the road to the back of the beachfront area.
Are there additional charges for events?
Yes. Event arrangements and fees are handled through our booking partner, who will set these out when you enquire.
Where do the other guests stay?
Elsewhere along the same coast. They come to Siritarar for the day.
How many people can Siritarar seat for an event?
One hundred and twenty at table, on the beachfront between the house and the sea.
How many people can stay at the house?
Twelve, in six bedrooms. The house is rented as a whole, from three bedrooms to six.
Sustainability
What does sustainability mean at Siritarar?
For us, sustainability means preserving mature trees, respecting local craftsmanship, supporting our community, and making thoughtful long-term decisions rather than following trends.
Why are the trees so important?
Many of the property's mature trees—including Kan-Krao, Banyan, and Coconut palms—have been carefully preserved and shape the character of Siritarar.
LAHD & Joo Seng Huad
What is LAHD?
LAHD is Siritarar's artisan market and creative gathering space, celebrating Koh Samui's makers, local products, and island culture.
What does "LAHD" mean?
"LAHD" comes from the Southern Thai dialect, where it means "market" or "shop"—a place where people gather, discover, and exchange.
What is Joo Seng Huad?
Joo Seng Huad is Siritarar's lifestyle brand, offering thoughtfully curated products inspired by Koh Samui's history, nature, and everyday life.
Can I visit LAHD without staying at Siritarar?
Yes. Visitors are welcome during opening hours.
Booking
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Do you have parking?
